Love is not a matter of counting the years. It’s to make the years count.

WOW thank you for sharing this! I have 3 collectable items made of lampwork glass and it’s so fun to see all the work behind it. It makes me, if its possible, appreciate the item more. I loved them before but even more now :)

I would love to know what kind of paste you encased the bead core with…

  11. shackney28

Loved the video. Do you have to use a special type of crystal jewel in the middle of the flower?

  18. kdallen4444

    WOW your flowers are awesome!

  19. gwood79336

You make putting on the vines look like they are as easy as writing with a pen. Beautiful bead.

  20. sigridhigh

It appears to be mica powder or pixie dust – it’s a superfine powder, not a liquid.

  21. hanamay03

Hi, I really enjoyed the demo. What the liquid you dipped the bead in before encasing the core?

  22. k23smiles

i really enjoyed the video work. i haven’t been in a studio for a while and i just yearn to be there! might i make the suggestion that the next time you make a video like this, that you film with a pair of the special glasses over the lens. then the bead has more detail when in the flame. just an idea!

  23. k23smiles

the metal rod, called a mandrel, usually has a layer of “slip” on it that when the bead has cooled, it is able to be slide off.

  24. frithwks

How do you remove the stick ?
